Main Purpose of the role

Coordination for quotations and sales within aftersales relating to spare parts, spares kits & recommended spares.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Manage frequent phone calls and emails from customers
  • Prepare, monitor, and process sales quotations and orders for spare parts, recommended spares, and kits
  • Monitor and progress all outstanding customer enquiries with purchasing, engineering, production, affiliates, and Ishida Japan
  • Update outstanding spares orders on the ERP system daily
  • Raise and receipt purchase orders for spares and transport
  • Liaise with customers regarding spares issues
  • Communicate deadlines and goals effectively
  • Administer the new iCare website and promote its use
  • Plan and organise promotions to increase spare parts sales
  • Visit customers if required
  • Provide quality customer service and handle enquiries efficiently
Skills and Qualifications

Fluent in French, excellent administration skills, forward planning abilities, IT literacy, and team collaboration skills. A positive attitude with good communication and interpersonal skills is essential. Ability to deliver results, meet customer expectations, and adapt to change is required.
