Service Center Operations Manager
We are seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and proactive Spare Parts Specialist to join our dynamic team, in ABB’s Robotics & Discrete Automation Business Area. We welcome candidates interested in robotics and eager to grow into a specialist, emphasizing a learning attitude. The successful candidate will manage the end-to-end spare parts process, including orders, quotations, logistics, returns, and warranty support. Collaboration with internal departments and external partners is essential to ensure timely and accurate processing. This role is onsite at our Milton Keynes office, five days a week, with flexible daily hours. Responsibilities include processing orders, creating quotations, coordinating returns and shipments, managing data in SAP, supporting sales inquiries, and participating in rotating after-hours support.
