Based on site Monday to Friday 37 hours (4 full and half day Friday)
The Spares Coordinator will support the sales of parts and assemblies internally to the purchasing department or to external customers, managing requests for quotations and purchase orders.
ROLE
Process customer requests for quotations and purchase orders for spare parts & assemblies.
Place and expedite orders with suppliers both internally and externally to satisfy customer purchase orders.
Work with our network of suppliers to ensure all customer-related requirements are met.
Seek to set prices for spare parts and assemblies that are competitive for the customer
Work with production, stores and purchasing in determining appropriate production and stock levels (in-house and at suppliers).
