Job summary

SPAR is seeking a Retail & Food to Go Assistant to keep the store running smoothly and provide great service and delicious food for customers. You will work as part of a friendly team, with opportunities to develop skills and progress within the business.

The role covers a variety of duties across the store and food-to-go area, including serving customers, till operation, stock replenishment, food preparation, hygiene and safety compliance, and teamwork to ensure a well-run store.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering friendly, efficient customer service.
• Able to operate a till and handle cash accurately.
• Willing to learn with full training provided.
• Ability to work flexibly in a busy environment.
