Job summary

James-Hall- is seeking Store Replenishers for night shifts. Working outside trading hours, you will replenish shelves, rotate stock and maintain high presentation standards across the store.

This is a behind-the-scenes role where you will not serve customers or operate tills, but you will work as part of a team to ensure the store is fully prepared for opening. Training is provided, and reliability is essential.

• Previous retail or warehouse experience is beneficial but not required.
• Willingness to perform physical tasks and stand for long periods.

Hours of work: 39 hours per week (10pm - 6am)

About the Role

Our Store Replenishers play a vital role in ensuring our store is fully stocked, organised and ready to welcome customers each day. Working outside of trading hours, you'll be responsible for replenishing shelves, rotating stock and maintaining high presentation standards across the store.

This is a behind-the-scenes role where your focus will be on keeping the store looking its best. As you'll be working when the store is closed, you will not be required to serve customers or operate tills.

Here’s What You Can Expect to be Doing

• Replenishing shelves and displays to ensure products are available for customers.

• Rotating stock and checking date codes to maintain product quality.
• Ensuring the shop floor and stock areas are clean, tidy and well organised.

• Moving and handling deliveries safely and efficiently.
• Maintaining high merchandising and presentation standards throughout the store.
• Identifying and reporting any damaged stock or maintenance issues.
• Working as part of the team to ensure the store is fully prepared for opening.
