More About the Role

Our Supervisors are essential in managing our stores and leading our teams. We seek individuals capable of creating an environment where colleagues can work to their fullest potential.

Here’s What You Can Expect to be Doing

  • Leading and motivating your team to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Taking responsibility for your store in the absence of the Store Manager and/or Assistant Manager.
  • Leading by example to maintain store standards, including customer service, health & safety, and food hygiene.
  • Updating and maintaining store audits and administrative procedures.

A Few Things About You

Being a Supervisor requires supporting the Store Manager, motivating the team, and ensuring daily duties are completed. The ideal candidate would also:

  • Be enthusiastic, committed, and self-motivated.
  • Have experience in delegating tasks and motivating a team.
  • Possess a customer-focused manner, remaining helpful and friendly in all situations.
  • Have a flexible approach to working hours.
