Aspire People is working with a dynamic and forward-thinking secondary school in Chemsley Wood to recruit a talented Spanish Teacher. This is an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and dedicated educator to inspire and empower students to reach their full potential in Modern Foreign Languages.
As a Spanish Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality lessons, fostering a love for languages, and promoting cultural awareness within a supportive and inclusive environment. You will have the opportunity to shape the learning experiences of students across Key Stage 3 and 4, and help them develop valuable skills for their future.
Key Responsibilities:
Teach Spanish across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.
Plan and deliver engaging, interactive, and effective lessons.
Use a variety of teaching methods and resources to inspire and support students.
Assess, monitor, and report on student progress.
Maintain high standards of classroom management and create a positive learning environment.
Work collaboratively with colleagues in the Modern Foreign Languages department.
Engage with parents and guardians to ensure the academic success and well-being of students.
About You:
A qualified teacher (PGCE, QTS or equivalent).
Strong subject knowledge in Spanish, with the ability to teach up to GCSE level.
Passionate about languages and committed to fostering a positive learning environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
A creative and adaptable teaching style.
A commitment to professional development and continuous improvement.
