Job Title: Spanish Speaking Remediation - Country Manager

Location: London - Hybrid

Salary/Rate: £405 per day

Start Date: 23/06/25

Job Type: Contract till end of the year (Inside IR35)

Company Introduction

We have an exciting opportunity now available with one of our sector-leading consultancy clients! They are currently looking for a Spanish Speaking Remediation Country Manager to join their team for an initial six-month contract.

Job Responsibilities/Objectives

  • You will be responsible for establishing strong relationships with external assigned clients and internal stakeholders, naturally becoming a trusted partner able to influence decisions cross functionally.
  • Review data, deliver operational business reviews and opportunity recommendations to merchants while driving the Client Services agenda, demonstrating solid data analysis, problem solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Establish strong relationships with external assigned clients and internal stakeholders, naturally becoming a trusted partner able to influence decisions cross functionally.
  • Manage technical communications with client's technical team, project team, customer services team and senior executives.
  • Document requirements critical to achieving business objectives.
  • Identify and establish project scope based on requirements analysis to define impact, outcome criteria, and measure-taking actions.

Required Skills/Experience

  • Excellent Spanish written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working with clients in America.
  • Good understanding of cards and payments processing lifecycle.
  • Experience with issuing and acquiring.
  • Experience working with schemes/networks such as VISA, Mastercard, Rupay, CUP, JCB, etc.
  • Ability to proactively resolve client business and technical problems while demonstrating strong leadership and operating autonomously.
  • Cross-functional knowledge of the card scheme ecosystem (Merchants/Acquirers/Networks/PSPs).
  • Desire to embrace change and adapt to evolving demands and conditions.
  • Project management experience.
