Job Description:

A prestigious London-based international bank is looking for a Middle and Back Office Specialist to join their team in their offices in Canary Wharf. You will be assisting with administrative, technical and research support tasks as part of a dynamic and friendly team. This is a temporary position with an immediate start for an expected duration of 12 months, with the potential of becoming permanent afterwards. It is an excellent opportunity for candidates with administrative experience within the financial services industry to work for a multinational, professional and renowned bank.

Your responsibilities will include, among others:

  • Day-to-day management of the branch’s Retail Banking portfolio: personal loans, mortgages, etc.
  • Assessing and controlling operational risks within the branch.
  • Providing support for the commercial banking division and producing accurate statements.
  • Providing support for the middle office team.
  • Corporate research.
  • Supporting with KYC and onboarding.

About you:

In order to succeed, the right applicant will have prior middle and back-office experience within the finance and banking industry, excellent organisational skills, high attention to detail, as well as with customer support operations. Spanish language fluency is valuable but not required for this position. Being part of this amazing company; you will gain valuable experience and allowing you to further develop your skillset within the banking sector.

Profile:
