Job description

A growing and innovative manufacturer specialising in providing domestic solutions with sites and distributors located globally.

Position: Spanish speaking Field Engineer

Location: Dudley

Work Arrangement: Hybrid work (2 days a week in the office)

Salary: Up to £42,000 per annum plus car, benefits, and bonus

Ref: 4229SE

Main Duties:

  1. Providing technical onboarding, advice, and support to customers on the UK market as well as internationally.
  2. Be responsible for the onboarding of new customers.
  3. Supply training on the range of products.
  4. Provide technical support and advice within an international territory (Spain).
  5. Liaise with the engineering team on product development.
  6. Provide first line technical support with all aspects related to installation, service, and maintenance.

Candidate's Profile:

  1. Fluent in Spanish (written and spoken) essential.
  2. Experience within a field-based technical support role required.
  3. Technical qualification beneficial.
  4. Excellent communication skills with a passion for customer care.
  5. Able to work autonomously.
  6. Must be able to travel (valid passport and driver’s licence) essential.

Compensation: Up to £42,000 per annum plus car, benefits, and bonus.
