The Role

As a Consumer Relations Representative, you will provide seamless customer service to our brands: HOKA, UGG, Teva. You will communicate with customers via phone, email, web chat, and social media, acting as an advocate for our brands. This role requires fluency in both Spanish and English, written and oral.

Your Responsibilities
  1. Provide excellent customer service across all contact points, ensuring seamless communication.
  2. Serve as a market specialist, advising on current trends and local knowledge.
  3. Collaborate with the Customer Resolution team to ensure order fulfillment.
  4. Analyze consumer feedback to improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
  5. Participate in consumer experience projects across the business.
  6. Promote teamwork and support colleagues to foster a collaborative environment.
