Spanish-speaking Consumer Relations Representative (5 months FTC)

The Role:

As the Consumer Relations Representative, you will provide seamless customer service to our customers across brands: HOKA, UGG, Teva.

We seek friendly and courteous team members to act as advocates for our brands when communicating with consumers via telephone, email, web chat, and social media.

This is a multi-lingual role requiring written and oral fluency in Spanish and English.

Your Impact:

  • Provide excellent, proactive customer service at all contact points, ensuring seamless communication via telephone, email, web chat, and social media.
  • Act as a country specialist for your market, advising on current trends and local knowledge.
  • Collaborate closely with the Customer Resolution team to ensure order fulfillment.
  • Analyze consumer feedback to cultivate process improvements for a better consumer experience.
  • Engage in consumer experience projects with the wider business.
  • Promote team spirit by demonstrating teamwork and supporting colleagues.
