• Daily Rate: £337.5

Role Description:

• Documenting requirements critical to achieving business objectives, including identifying and establishing project scope based on requirements analysis to define impact, outcome criteria, and measures.
• Possessing cross-functional knowledge and experience in ATM messaging and ISO 8583 protocol.
• Demonstrating adaptability to changing demands and conditions.
• Experience in project management.
• Reviewing data, delivering operational business reviews, and making opportunity recommendations to merchants while driving client services, demonstrating strong data analysis, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Building strong relationships with external clients and internal stakeholders, becoming a trusted partner who can influence cross-functional decisions.
• Managing technical communications with the client's technical team, project team, customer services, and senior executives.

Key Skills and Experiences:

• Solid Business Analyst experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish.
• Experience working in the Debit Cards domain.
• Good understanding of the cards and payments processing lifecycle, including issuing and acquiring.
• Experience working with schemes/networks such as VISA, Mastercard, Rupay, CUP, JCB, etc.
• Ability to proactively resolve client business and technical problems and enhance card acceptance to drive business growth opportunities.
