Location:

Oxford (Spanish Speaking)

Hybrid:

Attend the office 3 times per week for day shifts; late/evening shifts are home-based.

Working Hours:

37.5 hours/week, any 8-hour shift from Monday to Sunday, including weekends and public holidays as needed.

Minimum Requirements:
  • Broadband internet of at least 25MB download and 10MB upload via Ethernet (proof required)
  • At least six months of customer service experience in an office or call center
  • Quiet home environment with Ethernet connection
  • Good English skills (verbal and written)
  • Typing, phone, and navigation skills
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations while maintaining quality
  • Flexible work hours based on scheduling and customer needs

Supporting customers by resolving queries via phone, chat, and email, ensuring high satisfaction. Using software tools to manage accounts, review policies, and communicate solutions in a fast-paced environment.
