Express Recruitment are currently recruiting for an established business based in Nottingham seeking a Spanish and Portuguese speaking Customer Service Advisor to join their expanding team.

Responsibilities:

• Resolve customer enquiries via telephone and email
• Work closely with colleagues to resolve every query quickly and efficiently
• Support with general administration tasks as required
• Contribute to the overall effectiveness of the overseas customer support area
• Responsible for new customer account set up process and customers account management
• Credit control responsibilities

Skills & Experience:

• Bilingual written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and Portuguese essential
• Professional telephone manner and communication skills essential
• Experience in a specific telephone-based customer service role highly advantageous
• Strong IT skills, confident with MS office functions
• Ability to work under pressure, must remain calm during busy periods
