Spanish and Italian Speaking Customer Service Specialist

Languages Required:
Fluent Spanish (essential), good level of Italian and English

Location:
London (Zone 2) – Hybrid role (office days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)

Salary:
£32,000 - £35,000 per annum (depending on experience) + benefits

Key Responsibilities:
  • Place and manage customer product orders
  • Respond to client queries and find effective resolutions
  • Communicate and coordinate with agents, distributors, and B2B clients
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints
  • Work with couriers and freight companies to ensure delivery efficiency
  • Oversee export operations in assigned territories
  • Support the Export Sales Team with admin and logistics
Candidate Requirements:
  • Fluent in Spanish with strong Italian and English language skills
  • Previous experience in customer service, sales support, or administration
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Ability to prioritise, manage pressure, and meet deadlines

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
