Job Title: French and Spanish Teacher
Location: Calderdale, West Yorkshire

Start Date: September 2025 (or sooner if available)
Salary: £150 – £225 per day (dependent on experience and qualifications)

Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver engaging and effective lessons in French and Spanish across KS3 and KS4 (KS5 experience is a bonus)
* Plan and prepare schemes of work in line with the curriculum (for long-term roles)
* Assess and monitor pupil progress, providing feedback and support where necessary
* Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and student development
* Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to the wider school community

Requirements:

* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification
* Specialism in French and Spanish, with the ability to teach both subjects to at least GCSE level
* Strong classroom management skills and a genuine enthusiasm for language teaching
* A flexible, professional, and proactive approach to teaching
* Enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to obtain one through Academics)
