Job summary

Oxford Space Systems in Harwell, United Kingdom, seeks an experienced Product Assurance Manager to ensure product quality across projects, align with PA plans, and drive process improvements.

Reporting to the Lead PA Manager, you will lead audits, manage inspections, and oversee materials and parts selection while collaborating with Engineering and MAIT teams. A degree in engineering is required; space sector experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in Product Assurance and/or Quality Assurance, preferably in the Space sector or another technically focused industry.
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 and with parts, components and materials selection and qualification.
• Strong communication and influencing skills, with proactive approach to process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Ensure product meets quality standards across multiple projects and adherence to processes.
• Identify and implement process improvements across the PA lifecycle.
• Conduct internal audits and analyze results to drive improvements.
• Approve project inspections and manage materials/parts selection.
