Job description

Pyramid8 are recruiting for a number of Space Planner / Showroom Fit Out CAD Designers for a large organisation based in Huddersfield. They will look at individuals to work on a freelance basis or a 6-month fixed term contract. Supporting the Interior design process for varied clients on large scale rollouts.

Our client works with some highly prestigious clients, and they are constantly growing and evolving. You will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have strong communication skills to build both internal and external relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Creation of floor plans, elevations and sections in AutoCad from feasibility to construction phase
• Interpretation of design/corporate identity guidelines
• Creation of photo overlays to convey a proposal
• Creation of sketch up & vray external & internal visuals
• Compilation of InDesign scheme documents
• Able to follow internal drawing standards and process

Knowledge, Skills & Attributes: Essential -

• Fully proficient in 2D AutoCAD.
• Proficient in full Adobe suite including Photoshop, InDesign & Illustrator.
• Proficient in Sketch up.
• Strong attention to detail and focus on task completion.
• Understand and interpret a customer journey and corporate guidelines.
• Excellent organisational skills, focused and the ability to multi-task, prioritise projects and meet deadlines in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment.
• Experience in commercial space planning.
