Job summary

E-Space seeks an embedded software engineer to design, develop, and optimize software for battery-powered IoT devices with strong testing automation.

The role emphasizes low-level software, power efficiency, real-time performance, BSPs, kernel-level development, and platform integration. You will contribute to automated testing and CI pipelines, and support prototypes with HIL testing.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and debugging embedded software for battery-powered devices.
• Proven ability to optimize power consumption in constrained systems.
• Familiarity with BSPs, device drivers, and kernel-level development.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and optimize low-level embedded software for battery-operated IoT devices.
• Implement power-efficient algorithms and RTOS/Linux kernel components.
• Develop secure MQTT/BLE communication stacks for IoT platforms.
• Create and maintain automated testing frameworks (unit/integration/regression).
• Support debugging of faulty boards and prototypes; assist with HIL testing.
• Integrate CI pipelines with Jenkins, GitLab CI, or Azure DevOps.
• Collaborate across hardware and software teams; document APIs and workflows.
