Qualifications

• Experience leading spacecraft technology and mission-development projects through design, development and delivery.
• Ability to develop integrated plans, schedules, budgets and resource plans.
• Strong cross-disciplinary coordination across systems, software, GNC/AOCS and mechanical teams.
• Proven track record in space industry project execution and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery of spacecraft technology projects from contract kickoff to delivery.
• Maintain integrated schedules, budgets and resource forecasts.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary engineering activities across systems, software, GNC/AOCS, and mechanical teams.
• Own execution against scope, schedule and cost, driving corrective actions.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies and change control; ensure timely resolutions.
• Run project reviews and reporting to stakeholders.
• Manage subcontractors and suppliers to align with programme.
• Support proposal development and new programme planning.
