Qualifications

• Recruitment experience within Space, Aerospace, Engineering or another technically specialised market.
• Strong sourcing and candidate engagement capability, particularly across hard-to-find technical talent.
• Ability to understand and discuss technical backgrounds without needing to be an engineer yourself.
• Proactive, research-led approach to recruitment and talent mapping.
• Commercial awareness and the ability to work to deadlines and delivery targets.
• Genuine interest in technology, engineering and emerging industries.

Responsibilities

• Source and engage specialist candidates across Space, Aerospace and Engineering using LinkedIn Recruiter, databases, referrals, networking and targeted research.
• Manage recruitment delivery across permanent assignments from initial sourcing through to offer and onboarding.
• Conduct detailed candidate conversations to understand technical experience, career drivers and suitability.
• Build and maintain specialist talent pipelines across engineering disciplines and technical markets.
• Develop a strong understanding of the companies, technologies, skills and talent pools within your market.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain clear communication between candidates, clients and internal stakeholders.
• Support offer management, negotiation and onboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate candidate and activity records within the CRM/ATS.
• Contribute market insight, candidate intelligence and sourcing strategies to improve delivery performance.
• Provide a high standard of candidate care throughout the recruitment process.
