As a Spa Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for Source Spa & Wellness, welcoming guests on arrival and taking care of them during their stay in the spa. You will proactively assist with enquiries and ensure a first-class spa and wellbeing experience, making every customer journey serene and memorable.

What will I be doing?

In this role, you will ensure all guest needs are met, demonstrating genuine interest in their wellbeing. Your responsibilities include:

  1. Providing friendly, efficient care and building rapport with guests.
  2. Offering spa tours upon arrival.
  3. Ensuring accurate guest bookings.
  4. Dealing with guest queries via phone, online, and face-to-face.
  5. Maintaining knowledge of products and treatments (training provided).
  6. Achieving sales targets and identifying sales opportunities.
  7. Carrying out reception procedures, including opening/closing the spa.
  8. Serving drinks and liaising with Spa Therapists to ensure smooth treatment flow.
  9. Maintaining equipment and reporting faults.
  10. Managing guest database and assisting in marketing efforts.
  11. Handling administrative tasks such as filing, banking, and stocktaking.
  12. Ensuring confidentiality and safety protocols are followed.
  13. Maintaining cleanliness and replenishing amenities in public areas.
  14. Assisting with other duties like laundry and housekeeping as needed.
