Requirements include a minimum of Level 2 qualification or equivalent. You will provide professional wellness therapies, massages, and beauty treatments, offering a full range of services to meet diverse client needs. Excellent customer service, organizational skills, and a high standard of professional practice are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Maintain a positive image of the Spa by providing welcoming, helpful, and professional service.
2. Adhere to the 'Customer Charter' and ensure standards are maintained; enforce spa rules and procedures.
3. Ensure customer safety and compliance with all relevant regulations.
4. Assist patrons with facilities and activities, encouraging use of the Spa London Experience and treatments.
5. Handle bookings and inquiries in line with the Spa London Brand and SOPs.
6. Market and promote the Spa’s services.
7. Achieve personal sales targets and actively up-sell services.
8. Encourage bookings and communicate new services and offerings to clients.

Candidate Requirements:

• Effective promotion and selling skills for spa services.
• Strong customer service skills with tact and sensitivity.
• Ability to deliver high-quality services independently.
• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification.
• Understanding of customer needs in spa/health and fitness settings.
• Knowledge of electronic booking systems.
• Proven results in customer satisfaction and service delivery.
• Experience with spa or beauty treatments.
