Job Description:

As a Spa Therapist at Royal Scotsman, A Belmond Train, you are part of a team that provides professional and engaging wellness therapies and massage treatments to our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for offering a full range of treatments to fulfill different client needs and objectives. Reporting to the Train Manager, this is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual with a passion for excellence and storytelling in travel, a strong cultural awareness and an unswerving approach to maintaining standards. Primary Responsibilities Include:

• This is a seasonal role which runs until November.
• Delivering a variety of high-quality spa services (body treatments, massages & facials) in a safe and comfortable manner.
• Maintaining equipment and product inventory.
• Keeping documentation and maintaining client records as required.
• Responding to relevant customer queries, needs and expectations.
• Suggesting and promoting retail products or additional services.

Requirements

What You Bring:

• At least 1-3 years’ experience as a therapist.
• Minimum NVQ 3 qualification or equivalent.
• Company certificates gained within a recognised company training scheme.
• A genuine interest and passion for wellness and body therapy.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
