Our ideal hero will have:

• Minimum entry level: VTCT NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy
• Minimum 6 months experience in a salon or spa environment
• Excellent communication skills, confident speaking with guests and colleagues
• The ability and stamina to perform at least 8 hours of treatments daily

Implementing our ‘YES, WE CAN’ philosophy, you will:

• Escalate complaints immediately, providing full details
• Perform treatments to standards set by the Treatment Manager and product suppliers
• Restock products in treatment rooms, completing stock requisitions
• Support colleagues by performing other tasks as required
• Upgrade treatment quality through practice and feedback
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets, contributing to the team
