Spa Therapist, Hotel Du Vin

Rate of Pay / Hours: £12.25 per Hour plus Generous Company Benefits, Training & Development / 16 Hours per Week - Including Weekend Availability

Type of Contract: Permanent

Location: Exeter

Spa Therapist required for our popular Spa.

Relax and enjoy providing a Zen experience for every guest. You will be required to maintain and develop client relationships and deliver levels of service that consistently exceed the expectations of our guests. As a Spa Therapist, you will be passionate about delivering treatments and amazing hospitality to our clients. You will be keen to learn about the REN products and gain experience in a high-end Spa.

Main duties will be:

1. Carrying out a range of REN treatments to a high standard
2. Maintain the standards of the Spa as a team member
3. Welcoming clients into the Spa for their treatments in a 5* manner
4. Booking in clients on Spa computer system and taking phone calls
5. Achieving retail targets
6. Building a regular client base
7. Ensuring treatment rooms and the Spa are kept clean and tidy to a high standard

Knowledge, experience and skills required:

1. Qualified to NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy or equivalent
2. Excellent interpersonal skills
3. High standard of personal appearance
4. Computer literate
5. Self-motivated
6. Good team player
