Chewton Glen Hotel and Spa in New Milton is seeking a Spa Therapist to join their team on a flexible part-time contract with 6 hour shifts.

You will provide exceptional treatments, uphold Chewton Glen’s 5-star standards, and strive to deliver outstanding guest care. Minimum NVQ level 3 or equivalent is essential, with experience in a 4 or 5-star hotel desirable. Enjoy meals on duty, staff discounts, and career development opportunities.

• NVQ level 3 or equivalent spa qualification is essential.
• Spa experience in a 4- or 5-star hotel is desirable.
• Passionate about hospitality and delivering excellent service.
• Confident, enthusiastic and team‑oriented with good communication.
• Attention to detail and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• To be knowledgeable on all facilities, products, and treatments offered within our stunning spa.
• Provide exceptional treatments to all guests and members ensuring their wellbeing and comfort at all times
• Ensuring all treatments are relaxing, therapeutic and educative
• Continuously provide and exceed Chewton Glen’s 5 star standards
• Effortlessly build rapport with guests, members helping them feel relaxed and pampered
• To ensure discretion, respect and confidentiality are adhered to at all times
• To work within the time guidelines of each treatment ensuring that the highest standard of guest care is observed
• Confidently upsell products during treatments and ensure that the client receives your enthusiasm and knowledge
