Job summary

Bannatyne Group is seeking a dedicated Spa Therapist for our Mansfield location to deliver relaxing and rejuvenating experiences to guests. You will perform a range of spa treatments, maintain high standards of cleanliness, and build lasting client relationships.

Ideal candidates will have NVQ Level 2 Beauty Therapy (with NVQ Level 3 desirable or in progress), strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for health and wellness. Flexible weekend availability is required.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 Beauty Therapy or equivalent required.
• Desirable NVQ Level 3 Beauty Therapy or equivalent, or willingness to work towards.
• Previous Spa Therapist experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Elemis products a plus.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer-focused with genuine passion for health and wellness.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of spa treatments including massages, facials, manicures, pedicures and more.
• Provide professional, high-quality service to ensure relaxation and rejuvenation.
• Ensure proper use of spa equipment and maintain cleanliness.
• Build and maintain client relationships to encourage repeat visits.
• Promote spa services, offers, and products based on consultations.
• Stay informed about industry trends to enhance skills.
• Adhere to company health and safety guidelines.
