JOB DESCRIPTION – Contract01. Permanent Start DatePlace London, United Kingdom. Spa Therapist – join our Club & Spa Team at The Lanesborough. The property is recognised as a leading luxury hotel, with 93 suites and bedrooms and amenities including The Lanesborough Grill, Library Bar and Garden Room, and The Lanesborough Club & Spa. The hotel is part of the Oetker Collection.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver massage and beauty treatments to The Lanesborough standard, providing each guest with a personalised, bespoke experience.
  • Be trained on ila and La Prairie brands and apply knowledge to treatments and retail opportunities to maximise revenue.
Qualifications
  • NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent preferred.
  • Experience in a similar role within a luxury Club & Spa.
  • Excellent command of English; a second language would be preferred.
  • Ability to lead a team and coordinate a department in the absence of senior management.
  • Immaculate grooming standards.
  • Strong customer service orientation; passionate about fitness and wellbeing.
  • Please note this role requires an element of manual handling.
