Job summary

Champneys Eastwell Manor seeks a Spa Therapist to deliver luxury skincare treatments and personalized client journeys using Elemis products. You will combine hands-on expertise with advanced skincare tech and ensure every visit feels indulgent, welcoming and results-driven.

The role is permanent, part-time (30 hours across 4 days) with a client-focused approach, aiming to build lasting relationships and drive repeat business in a premium spa environment.

Qualifications

• Passionate about skincare, treatments and delivering exceptional client experiences.
• Qualified in Beauty Therapy (Level 2 or equivalent preferred).
• Experienced in luxury retail, spa or treatment environments.
• Confident in consultative selling and building personalised recommendations.
• Proven ability to build a loyal client base and drive repeat business.
• Strong communicator with ability to build genuine relationships.
• Comfortable using skincare technology.
• Results-driven with pride in achieving targets and contributing to team success.

Who You Are:
