The impact you’ll make

When a client walks into the spa, they are there to enjoy some well-earned downtime, whether alone or socialising with friends. They want to revitalize mind, body, and soul. Escaping from the stresses and distractions of everyday life to restore wellbeing is your role to create this experience and escapism.

In addition to an hourly rate of £14.41 ensuring you are paid for every hour worked, we’ll support you in and out of the workplace by offering:

  • Meals - Tasty and varied meals in our associate dining facility

What you’ll do
  • Carry out all spa treatments to the required standards, ensuring the specific treatment time is adhered to
  • Assess guest needs and inquire about contraindications, allergies, high blood pressure, and pregnancy before beginning service
  • Be responsible for your working areas, ensure equipment is fully operational and clean, and report any defects
  • Adhere to health and safety regulations by using safe work practices
  • Attend any appropriate training courses required to offer all treatments
  • Keep up to date with current techniques relating to the product ranges and any new treatments
  • Provide ultimate client care to all guests, giving them an unforgettable and lasting treatment experience
  • Maximize revenue opportunities by offering and suggesting future treatments or products
