A passionate Spa Therapist is required to join our team of therapists providing a full range of facials, manicures, pedicures and body treatments, with a focus on ensuring guests have an amazing experience.

Our 25 therapists are selected to provide the very best treatments, supported by a Reservation and Spa Reception team and our experienced Spa Manager, Melissa. As well as excellent facilities, we offer training, development and progression opportunities. Melissa is a product of that success, having worked across front of house departments before covering maternity leave for our last spa manager and taking over when she chose not to return. Melissa is now responsible for the operational success of our busy Utopia Spa.

As a Spa Therapist, you will:

• Offer a full range of technical facial and body treatments during your shift
• Meet and greet clients on arrival
• Guide guests through the customer journey
• Explain the treatments to be performed
• Ensure treatments meet the clients' requirements
• Discuss retail products and beauty regimes to enhance guests' experience following their treatments
• Offer refreshments in the relaxation area at the conclusion of treatments
• Liaise with Spa Receptionists to ensure correct billing

Requirements

• Shifts include: 9.45am - 6.15pm, 10.45am - 7.15pm, 11.45am - 8.15pm
• NVQ Level 2 and Level 3 Beauty Therapy, or equivalent, is essential
• Completion of a trade test with the Spa Manager prior to recruitment
