Job Title: Spa Weekend Therapist required for our popular Spa
Rate of Pay: £11.95 / 16 Hours per week
Contract: Permanent
Location: Malmaison York
Position: Weekend Therapist
Relax and enjoy providing a Zen experience for every guest.
You will be required to maintain and develop client relationships and deliver levels of service that consistently exceed the expectations of our guests. As a Spa Therapist, you will be passionate about delivering treatments and providing excellent hospitality to our clients. You will be keen to learn about the products; REN and Orly, and gain experience in a high-end Spa.
- Carrying out a range of REN treatments to a high standard
- Maintaining the standards of the Spa by supervising the team
- Welcoming clients into the Spa for their treatments in a 5-star manner
- Booking clients on the Spa computer system and managing phone calls
- Achieving retail targets
- Building a regular client base
- Ensuring treatment rooms and the Spa are kept clean and tidy to a high standard
