Job Title: Spa Weekend Therapist

Location: Malmaison York

Rate of Pay: £11.95 / 16 Hours per week

Contract: Permanent

Join our popular Spa as a Weekend Therapist and provide a Zen experience for every guest.

You will be responsible for maintaining and developing client relationships and delivering exceptional service that exceeds guest expectations. As a Spa Therapist, you will be passionate about treatments and hospitality, eager to learn about products like REN and Orly, and gain experience in a high-end Spa environment.

Main Duties:

1. Carrying out a range of REN treatments to a high standard
2. Maintaining the standards of the Spa by supervising the team
3. Welcoming clients in a 5-star manner for their treatments
4. Booking clients on the Spa computer system and handling phone calls
5. Achieving retail targets
6. Building a regular client base
7. Ensuring treatment rooms and the Spa are kept clean and tidy to a high standard
