Job Description

What you will be doing:

1. Delivering exceptional treatment experiences and 5-star standards of service and care in line with Fairmont brand standards, training, and protocols.
2. Providing thoughtful treatment and product recommendations at the end of every treatment.
3. Taking initiative to add personalized experiences and treatment upgrades.
4. Proudly promoting the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest’s stay through up-selling.
5. Working alongside the Spa team of receptionists and fitness instructors in a team environment.
6. Other duties as assigned.

Job Type – Full-time, Part-time, and Casual Positions. Availability to work Monday – Friday, weekends, and holiday periods.
