The Job:
Our client is seeking a professional and passionate Spa Therapist to join their dedicated wellness team. You will deliver a range of high-quality treatments in a calm and welcoming environment, helping guests feel relaxed, restored, and cared for.

• Deliver a wide range of spa treatments including massages, facials, body scrubs, and rituals to the highest standard
• Create a warm and personalised experience for every guest
• Maintain exceptional hygiene and cleanliness in treatment rooms and spa areas
• Recommend retail products and at-home care as appropriate
• Keep accurate records of treatments and client preferences
• Work flexibly as part of the spa and wider resort team

About You:

• NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent qualification
• A minimum of 1 years’ experience in a spa or wellness environment preferred
• Skilled in massage and facial treatments (additional training in holistic or Asian therapies is a bonus)
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Professional, calm, and confident manner
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends, when demand is highest
