Join the ‘Greatest Story in Hospitality’ by becoming one of our Spa Therapist ‘Hospitality Heroes’ at our award-winning Celtic Manor Resort. This is a fantastic opportunity within our Spa Team, part of the ‘Manor to Marina’ offerings.

OUR IDEAL HERO WILL HAVE:

  • Minimum VTCT NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy
  • At least 6 months of experience in a salon or spa environment
  • Excellent communication skills, confident in guest and colleague interactions
  • The stamina to perform a minimum of 8 hours of treatments daily

IMPLEMENTING OUR ‘YES, WE CAN’ PHILOSOPHY, YOU WILL:

  • Escalate complaints immediately to the Department Manager with full details
  • Perform treatments to the standards set by the Treatment Manager and product suppliers
  • Restock professional products in treatment rooms, completing requisition forms to ensure availability
  • Support colleagues with additional tasks as needed
  • Continuously improve treatment quality through practice and feedback
  • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets, contributing to the team’s goals
