Spa Therapist required for our popular Spa

Rate of Pay / Hours: Competitive, 24 hours a week

Contract: Permanent

Location: Newcastle

Relax and enjoy providing a Zen experience for every guest.

You will be required to maintain and develop client relationships and deliver levels of service that consistently exceed the expectations of our guests. As a Spa Therapist you will be passionate about delivering treatments and amazing hospitality to our clients. You will be keen to learn about the products TEMPLESPA and gain experience in a high end Spa.

Main Duties-

• Carrying out a range of TEMPLESPA treatments to a high standard
• Maintain the standards of the Spa by supervising the team
• Welcoming clients in to the Spa for their treatments in a 5* manner
• Booking in clients on Spa computer system and taking phone calls
• Achieving retail targets
• Building a regular client base
• Ensuring treatment rooms and the Spa are kept clean and tidy to a high standard
