• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent beauty/spa qualification required.
• Previous experience as a Spa Therapist is desirable but not essential.
• Knowledge of Elemis and Jessica Nails is a bonus.

What will I do?

Create a relaxing experience for guests, whether attending as hotel guests or on a spa break, deliver a variety of treatments, and advise on the best products for guests. You will sell products from our retail offer, upsell, or book guests for additional treatments. Attend regular training with our Elemis Ambassadors to enhance your skills!

Is this the role for me?

NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) beauty/spa qualification.
Previous experience as a Spa Therapist is desirable but not essential.
Elemis & Jessica Nails knowledge and experience would be a bonus!
