Radisson Blu Hotel, London Canary Wharf East is seeking a Health and Beauty Therapist to deliver professional spa treatments and ensure every guest experiences exceptional service.

You will perform massages, body and facial treatments, consult guests and promote spa offerings. A Level 3 Diploma in Beauty Therapy is required, with flexibility for mornings, afternoons, weekends and holidays.

• Providing a range of Spa Treatments, including Massages, Body treatments and Face treatments.

• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in treatment rooms and spa facilities.
• Promoting and upselling spa treatments, wellness packages, and retail products.
• Collaborating with the leisure and spa team to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain spa standards.
• Handling guest inquiries and providing information about available treatments and wellness programs.
• Handling reception duties such as phone calls, emails, membership enquiries and Spa bookings

We are committed to providing a luxurious and tranquil spa experience. As a Health and Beauty Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering professional beauty and wellness treatments, promoting spa services, and ensuring every guest receives an exceptional experience.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

The core skills and experience required to succeed:

Level 3 DIPLOMA in Beauty Therapy Treatments Required

• Passionate about Spa treatments and the wellness industry.
• Will perform all treatments to an exceptional standard, protocols and standards taught in training, whilst tailoring to the client’s specific needs.
• Keeps up to date with current techniques and new trends related to their field of work.
• A flexible approach to work, with availability for shifts including mornings/afternoon, weekends, and public holidays as required.
• Preferably experiences in a similar role within a spa environment.
• A friendly and professional approach with strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work well as part of a team and take initiative when required.

You must have the right to work in the UK to be eligible for this role. Documented evidence of eligibility will be required from all candidates prior to commencing employment.
