Spa Therapist required for our popular Spa

Rate of Pay / Hours: 'Competitive Rate of Pay', 24 hours per week, Generous company benefits & Training

Contract: Permanent

Location: Manchester

You will be required to maintain and develop client relationships and deliver levels of service that consistently exceed the expectations of our guests.

As a Spa Therapist, you will be passionate about delivering treatments and excellent hospitality to our clients.

You must be qualified at NVQ Level 2 & 3 in beauty therapy or equivalent. TEMPLESPA trained or similar product brand is an advantage. Experience working in hotel spas is preferred, with a minimum of 1 year industry experience. Flexibility and weekend availability are required.

Main Duties:

1. Carrying out a range of TEMPLESPA treatments to a high standard.
2. Providing Manicure and Pedicure treatments.
3. Being a team player and able to work on own initiative.
4. Maintaining the standards of the Spa.
5. Welcoming clients into the Spa for their treatments in a 5-star manner.
6. Booking clients on the Spa computer system and managing phone calls.
7. Achieving retail targets.
8. Ensuring treatment rooms and the Spa are kept clean and tidy to a high standard.
