Trafford Leisure has an exciting opportunity for a Spa Therapist to join the team!

Location: The Cove Spa, move Altrincham

Salary: £13 per hour

Hours: up to 39 hours per week

Due to open in August 2025, our new state-of-the-art centre will feature a Health and Wellbeing Spa, a 25m swimming pool, a 20m learner pool, and a high-tech gym and wellness space.

The Role:

The Cove Spa will offer a range of wellness experiences, including 9 heat experiences, a relaxation room, a dedicated nail bar, and four treatment rooms. As a Spa Therapist at The Cove Spa, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional wellness experiences. Under the guidance of the Spa Manager, you will be required to ensure that all operational procedures, codes of conduct and standards of appearance are adhered to.

As a Spa Therapist, your responsibilities will include:

Performing a wide range of spa treatments
Conducting consultations and recommending homecare programmes
Explaining services and products to guests
Managing reception duties and guest check-ins/outs
Supervising spa sessions and ensuring guest safety
Handling point-of-sale transactions, including retail
We’re looking for someone who:

Holds an NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy (or equivalent)
Has a proven track record in delivering high-quality treatments and customer service
Is passionate about wellness and creating memorable guest experiences
