We have a superb opportunity for a Spa Supervisor with a passion for delivering consistently exceptional service, who wishes to develop their career within a progressive company. You will be NVQ Level 2 & 3 qualified. Experience with TEMPLE SPA, ELEMIS training, and other treatments would be a distinct advantage.

Responsibilities include welcoming guests and members to the spa, making spa bookings, upselling treatments and products, show rounds, cashing up, and general reception duties.

As Spa Supervisor, you will assist the Spa Manager in overseeing our spa and leisure guests, lead and motivate the team to ensure excellent guest service, and carry out treatments such as massage. You should be knowledgeable, friendly, and committed to making every guest's visit memorable. You will also support your manager in maximizing revenue through diary management and proactive selling of high-quality spa services and products.
