Job summary

David Lloyd Clubs in Hampton is recruiting a Spa Host to welcome members and promote the health and wellbeing benefits of our spa retreats. You will help maintain a pristine, premium environment and act as a brand ambassador for the spa experience.

The role requires experience in premium customer service, a passion for health and wellbeing, and excellent communication. Join us to contribute to a welcoming club atmosphere and member satisfaction.

• A passion for health and wellbeing.

• A self-starter who takes pride in delivering great quality experience to our members.

Responsibilities

• Welcomes members as part of the spa team and acts as ambassador for the spa retreats.
• Ensures guests understand the health and wellbeing benefits of each therapy room.
• Keeps the spa clean and tidy to the standards of a premium environment.
