Four Seasons Hotel London at Park Lane are looking for a Spa Reservations Agent for a Maternity Cover contract.

About the role:

We are looking for a warm, organised, and service-drivenSpa Reservations Agentto join our team on a maternity cover basis. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with spa or hospitality experience who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

This is a maternity cover contract from August 2025 until May 2026.

What you will do:

• Manage spa reservations and guest enquiries via phone and email

• Coordinate therapist schedules and input rotas into the booking system

• Support the spa reception team as needed

• Ensure smooth diary management and appointment flow

• Provide exceptional service and clear communication to both guests and team members

• Work primarily back-of-house for reservations and coordination, with occasional front-of-house support on the reception desk

What you bring:

• Prior experience working in Spa reception or reservations teams, preferably in a luxury setting

• Prior experience with Book4Time would be highly advantageous

• Excellent telephone manner and communication skills both written and verbal

• Strong administrative skills

• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

• The right to work in the UK is essential

Shift pattern:

This is a full-time role based on a 40-hour work week, typically spread across five 8-hour shifts.

• Core working hours for reservations are10:30 AM to 7:00 PM.

• Some flexibility is required to support the reception desk, with shifts ranging from anearliest start at 8:15 AMto alatest finish at 9:00 PM.

• Weekend coverage may occasionally be required, though most weekends will be off.
