Responsibilities:

• Welcome guests warmly at the Spa entrance and assist with pre-treatment administration.
• Manage opening and closing procedures.
• Monitor stock levels and report low inventory to the Spa Manager.
• Promote and sell spa services to maximize revenue.
• Answer guest inquiries about treatments and services.

About You:

• Previous experience in a Spa or Health Club preferred or a keen interest in the field.
• Excellent communication skills and a warm telephone manner.
• Team player with good collaboration skills.
