Job description

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a highly motivated, enthusiastic, and driven Spa Receptionist to join our Cotswolds Team. With excellent customer service experience and a warm, friendly personality, you will greet all clients and ensure they receive a 5-star service in the Wellness Space. You will need to learn and maintain a high level of product knowledge to proactively engage with clients and meet sales targets. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness throughout the Wellness Space, following the Bamford philosophy to the highest professional standard.

This role is full-time, based on 40 hours per week, including weekends, and requires flexibility.

SALARY: £26,200 per annum

RESPONSIBILITIES
  1. Ensure familiarity with all retail products, treatments, and classes; recommend and maximize sales to clients.
  2. Maintain standards in the spa, retail, and food & beverage areas.
  3. Manage all client bookings using our online system, liaising with the Therapist team to increase appointment occupancy.
  4. Ensure all treatment questionnaires are fully completed.
  5. Support the Spa Management Team with ad-hoc duties.
  6. Assist with Spa event setup and host guests/clients.
  7. Drive social and environmental improvements, contributing to our B Corp journey and sustainability vision.
  8. Inspire and empower customers, suppliers, and partners to live and work more consciously, creating a positive impact.
SKILLS YOU WILL BRING
  1. Experience in luxury retail or Spa is advantageous.
  2. Strong customer service and communication skills for an exceptional guest experience.
  3. Brand champion who believes in the importance of the Bamford brand and products.
  4. Attention to detail for stock management and inventory control.
  5. Strong organizational and time management skills for handling bookings and sales targets.
  6. Ability to handle guest feedback professionally with a solution-oriented approach.
  7. Knowledge of health and safety standards and a commitment to a safe work environment.
  8. Multi-tasker with a flexible, positive attitude and energy.
  9. Excellent communication skills are essential.
