As a Spa Receptionist at De Vere Cotswold Water Park in SPA 6, you'll be the friendly face greeting our guests and making them feel welcome from the moment they arrive. Your mission is to provide exceptional customer service, handle guest requests efficiently, and go above and beyond to ensure our Spa guests and members have a 5-star experience.

Training will be provided to help you understand all spa treatments and services, enabling you to answer enquiries efficiently. A keen interest in spa and wellness will enhance your enjoyment of this role.
