We are looking for an energetic and passionate Spa Receptionist to join our Spa team at The Retreat, Elcot Park located in West Berkshire.

You will:

• Greet and welcome all guests to the Spa in a warm and friendly manner.
• Assist with tours of the spa, including serving drinks poolside.
• Make reservations for guests via phone and email in a timely manner.
• Develop your general hotel knowledge, including restaurant opening hours.
• Support with general spa housekeeping, including cleaning and attending to linen stores when required.
• Ensure that the Spa is well stocked with clean towels.
• Conduct regular pool and Health & Safety checks.
• Attend, participate in, and support training and team meetings for the Spa, including Pool Emergency Responder and Pool Plant training.
• Complete open and close procedures, including processing payments.
• Adhere to all Hygiene, Health, and Safety procedures and legislation, along with all other legal requirements.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
